The apartment is situated in the centre of Madrid, right next to the Plaza Dos de Mayo. This neighbourhood is still largely undiscovered by tourists but very much frequented by "Madrileños" for its shops, restaurants and nightlife. It is just a 10 min walk from both "Chueca" and "Puerta del Sol". Despite its central location the apartment is very quiet, very safe and very well connected to public transportation.

It is ideal for two adults although it is possible for them to accommodate 2 extra guests temporarily. For our working guests and those that want to stay connected while on holiday we have installed a wireless telephone and a ADSL connection. At no extra costs you can enjoy broadband and free local telephone calls.

This 40 square metre apartment comprises:
• An ample entrance lobby with AC and heating, a fold away dining table, 4 chairs and two single beds (each 80x190 cm), telephone and ADSL connection.

• One bedroom with double bed (135 x 200 cm), ceiling fan, big closet with towels, bed linen, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and cloths rack.
